SHIPPING & RETURNS



SHIPPING 

Most orders are dispatched the same or next business day however please allow 24-48 hours to process. Confirmation will be emailed as soon as your order has been sent.

Domestic Shipping

Free shipping within UK for orders over £250.

For orders under £250 your shipping charge will be calculated upon checkout. All domestic orders are sent via Express Post, your tracking number will be sent after your order is despatched.

We normally send orders by the next day, except for weekends or Bank Holidays. If you have supplied a home address the package will most likely be held at your local post office and you will receive a notice in your mail.

International Shipping

International delivery rate will calculated on check out. A tracking number will be sent after the product is despatched.

We will alert you when the order is depatched.

Customs & Taxes:

All international customers are responsible for all charges related to your country of residence. 

 

RETURNS 

Sale and special orders cannot be returned.

We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise and we hope that you will love your purchases. 

A Perfect Nomad does not offer refunds on styles because of change of mind but are more then happy to exchange for another style, size or colourway. No refunds will be given.

Free return shipping is not offered to international customers. We are always happy to help with sizing enquires to prevent the need to exchange. We would like to avoid these extra costs for you.

If you choose to return your item please contact care@aperfectnomad.com  with your name and order number and detail of why you wish to return your item. We will reply with detailed instructions.

Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging. If the tags have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway, the item will NOT be accepted back. For Swimwear, the hygiene sticker MUST remain in original condition and not removed, replaced or altered. A Perfect Nomad will not accept exchanges if the hygiene sticker has been removed or altered.

Please note that all of our fabrics are made by hand, so slight irregularities are part of the design and beauty.

All items to be exchanged need to returned within 7 days of receiving your goods. Once we have received the item for exchange, please allow another 5 business days for your exchange to be processed and re-sent.

All of our styles are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. We are happy to replace, repair or refund due to a manufacturing fault but not normal ‘wear and tear’.

Please follow the care instructions to take good care of your garment.

Email care@aperfectnomad.com if you believe your garment is faulty so we can offer you a replacement or credit voucher.
