To request a return, please kindly email us at info@aperfectnomad.com. We will process your return and send you instructions.

We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality merchandise and we hope that you will love your purchases but if something isnt right for you we have a 14 days return policy.

 

UK

You may request an exchange for an alternative size of the same product which will be sent out to you at no additional cost, subject to stock availability*.

*If no stock of the requested size is available at the time of processing your exchange a refund will automatically be processed.

 

OUTSIDE THE UK

We are unable to offer exchanges to customers outside of the UK at this time, all returns will be refunded.

Free return shipping is not offered to international customers. We are always happy to help with sizing enquires to prevent the need to exchange. We would like to avoid these extra costs for you.

Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging. For Swimwear, the hygiene sticker MUST remain in original condition and not removed, replaced or altered.

Please note that all of our fabrics are made by hand, so slight irregularities are part of the design and beauty.

All of our styles are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. We are happy to replace, repair or refund due to a manufacturing fault but not normal ‘wear and tear’.

Please follow the care instructions to take good care of your garment.  Please note - if you return your item and the above conditions are not met, we will be unable to offer you a full refund.
